Air Duct
We have been providing air distribution system cleaning since 1992 and have been a member of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) since 1996. Recognized as an industry leader, we were one of the first 300 companies nationally to earn certification as Air System Cleaning Specialists (ASCS). Today all our Duct Cleaning Project Managers are ASCS certified, a designation that recognizes comprehensive knowledge in the field of air distribution system cleaning. We strictly adhere to their cleaning methodology standards.

Our experience as leaders in the Indoor Air Quality, ventilation and mechanical systems industry assures effective and safe air distribution system cleaning. With this experience and our state-of-the-art HEPA technology, we are able to eliminate microbial problems and harmful gasses and odors as well as inspect system operation and filtration efficiency.

BORESCOPIC INSPECTION
Often we recommend borescopic inspections prior to implementation of cleaning projects. These inspections are performed with a fiber-optic HVAC inspection borescope to identify or verify systems in need of cleaning. Our borescopes are specifically designed to view, photograph and record inside HVAC systems and the method of inspection meets both NADCA standards and NCIAQ Phase I investigation specifications. When needed, the inspections are video taped for additional documentation.

AIR DUCT CLEANING SAMPLE PROJECTS

DUCT CLEANING FOOD PROCESSING PLANT
Cleaning of ten production areas in the food processing plant included blanching areas, the cooking floor, cold storage and ingredient and blending rooms. All cleaning was performed using a particulate containment system that utilizes a High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filtered duct cleaning vacuum. The cleaning included supply and return air ductwork and air handler’s interiors, associated coils, drain pans, fan sections, and registers and grilles. Upon completion of the cleaning balance dampers throughout all systems were reset to the existing settings. To ensure minimal disruption to daily operation all work was scheduled with the maintenance staff.

DUCT CLEANING HISTORIC SITES & VISITOR CENTER
HEPA filtration duct cleaning was performed at the Visitor Center as well as various Historic Sites. The historic nature of the restored sites made the work unusually critical.

DUCT CLEANING HOSPITAL
Provided HEPA filtration duct cleaning paying special attention to Operating Rooms and Labor & Delivery Rooms.

STATE UNIVERSITY BORESCOPIC INSPECTION
Investigated “musty/moldy” odor in Administrative Building/Science Building. Provided videotaped and narrative description of internal inspection of HVAC system including ductwork, coils, blower section, air handling unit and squirrel cage. Recommendations for remediation were implemented.
